Neither discrimination nor boundary violations are tolerated.

  • Fascist, sexist, racist, antisemitic, homophobic, transphobic, queerphobic, xenophobic, offensive, and violent behavior will not be tolerated. Discrimination, shaming, harassment, assault or injury of any kind, as well as transgressive behaviour, will result in exclusion from the event.
  • We explicitly exclude abusers. If you know that people will not come to the camp because of your actions, do not sign up.
  • Be aware of your external impact. Actions can be transgressive without anyone being specifically addressed.
  • Any form of (non)verbal, physical, and sexual violence will not be tolerated. No means no! …and only a YES is a “YES”.
  • If you feel uncomfortable, seek support, especially in cases of individual boundary violations. You can recognize the Awareness Team by a pink marking on their radio. You can find the awareness-phone-number on the posters or in the Info Café.
  • Show solidarity with your fellow people and support them if you notice that they are uncomfortable.

Treat each other responsibly.

  • Generally, we expect independent and reflective behavior from all participants. Try to resolve conflicts among yourselves whenever possible. For serious rule violations, please contact the Info Café, which will notify the princesses or awareness-team.
  • We want all participants to feel comfortable at the camp. To achieve this, it is necessary for people, especially those with macho attitudes, to reflect on their privileges and to cover their upper bodies in places where people eat and dance and where they cannot escape.
  • As soon as people feel disturbed by this and communicate it directly or through third parties, such as the Awareness Team or the princesses, it is mandatory to cover the upper body in some way.
  • We have a closed event and try to achieve the best possible safer space. Please contact the Info-Café or call the awareness team, who are in contact with the princesses, if you see non-camp participants hanging around on the premises and feel uncomfortable with it.
  • Respect other people’s privacy when taking photos and videos and, if in doubt, ask if it is okay. In areas with signs prohibiting photos/videos, PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ARE PROHIBITED!

Respect the grounds.

  • The PfingstCamp is a no-weapons zone!
  • The area and all facilities are only rented. Please do not steal, write on, stick anything on or destroy anything. Removing graffiti, tags and stickers means an enormous amount of extra work for us – both financially and in terms of time! That’s why the camp is a tag-free, sticker-free and graffiti-free zone. This also applies to the rest of Doksy and the lake. If you want to express yourself creatively, you are welcome to use the graffiti areas that we provide for this very purpose.
  • Anyone who breaks or steals things is responsible for any resulting damage. All furniture stays in the bungalow! We can only use the site in this way because the owners trust us.
  • Do not throw any cigarette butts in the forest, on the meadow or anywhere else. Use (pocket) ashtrays.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead. Even if your dog is lovely, some people are afraid of dogs. Their poo must be removed, no matter where it is.
  • Campfires are only permitted at the campfire site. If there is no more wood available, report to the info café and do not cut down any trees in the forest. Fences and bungalows are not firewood either! Don’t go on an errand yourself.

Look out for each other.

  • The non-smoking law in the Czech Republic is strict: smoking indoors, specifically in your bungalow, in the Disco and the BlueBar, is prohibited.
  • Smoking is not allowed outside on the veranda in front of the dining room during meals.
  • Please be aware of your fellow people before/while smoking and ask if it is okay for them.
  • There are consumption-free and consumption-restricted zones on the camp. You can find out exactly what this means at the registration desk or in the info café. There is an absolute ban on consumption in the playground and at the childcare centre.
  • The sale of illegalised substances is prohibited.
  • Spiking, i.e. giving other people substances (including alcohol) without their knowledge, is absolutely forbidden and will be sanctioned by being kicked out. We reserve the right to take legal action. Take care of yourself and others. Do not leave your drinks unattended. If you see someone spiking another person’s drink, speak to both of them.

Stick to the rules of the event.

  • Follow the instructions of the organisers (princesses, medics, awareness team) and the security staff.
  • Read and follow the instructions. Failure to do so can lead to major problems and/or damage. We are not liable for any damage caused to you during your stay.
  • Remain friendly and respectful, even if you don’t like something or it takes a little longer. We are always open to comments, requests and constructive criticism, but not to rude behaviour.

Non-compliance with the camp rules may result in expulsion from the Camp without reimbursement of costs.
